8-day Golf Vacation in South West Ireland
Walk With Me offer you an 8 day golfing vacation in the South West of Ireland playing a selection of Ireland’s most famous iconic courses.
Your golfing odyssey is a selection of links courses and also an opportunity to play a world class parkland course set on the shores of Killarney’s lakes. Ray will also combine a sightseeing element to your vacation and he will avail of every opportunity to showcase the many sights and attractions that Ireland has to offer.
Walk With Me recommend Shannon International Airport as your destination airport as it best serves golfing vacations in the South West region of Ireland. However Ray can collect at any other Airport that you may choose. Your airport transfer is optional.
Day One
Will involve a one hour airport transfer to the beautiful seaside town of Lahinch and your tee time at its world renowned old links course. You will overnight in Lahinch at recommended accommodation. Ray will also arrange a visit to Ireland’s most visited natural attraction, The Cliffs of Moher, which is a ten minute drive from Lahinch.
Day 2 & Day 3
It’s on to Doonbeg and Trump International Golf Resort at Doonbeg Lodge followed by a car ferry crossing of the Shannon Estuary to County Kerry. We will overnight in Ballybunion or Killarney before you tackle Ballybunion’s famous Old Course and Cashen Course, both equally challenging and rewarding links courses on Day three of your vacation.
Day 4
Tralee Golf Club at Barrow on the outskirts of Tralee is your destination on Day four and the Arnold Palmer designed links course has consistently proved to be the most popular amongst overseas visitors in recent years.
Overnight in Killarney at recommended accommodation.
Day 5
On Day five we will travel out on the classic driving route, The Ring of Kerry, to our next golfing destination at Waterville Golf Links. Waterville is rated as one of the finest links courses in world golf and a number of its holes are rated in the top 50 golf holes on the planet. We will return to Killarney through a driving route along the foothills of The MacGillycuddy Reeks, Ireland’s highest mountain range with a stop at Jack Walsh’s pub, The Climber’s Inn in Glencar.

Day 6
Day six offers you a choice of playing a hidden gem of links golf at Dooks Golf Course or a visit to Killarney Golf and Fishing Club to play their Killeen Championship course on the shores of Lough Leane and home on four occasions to the Irish Open professional golf tournament.
Overnight in Killarney at recommended accommodation.
Day 7
On Day seven we leave County Kerry and make our way to the historical town of Kinsale in County Cork. Our destination is The Old Head of Kinsale and a golfing challenge in one of the awe inspiring scenic locations on the island of Ireland. We will overnight in Kinsale.
Day 8
On Day eight Ray will transfer you to Shannon Airport or your chosen airport for your return flight home.
