Walk With Me Day Tours Summer 2018

A beautiful Summer has arrived in Ireland and Ray and Mary of Walk With Me Day Tours are busy touring and guiding every day in the beautiful sunshine that has arrived in Kerry. The countryside has turned into the legendary 40 Shades of Green and it is now truly the ‘Emerald Isle’.

Ray’s new 2018 Ford Custom Tourneo touring van has proven to be a big hit with the many groups and families this year, with the spacious and air-conditioned luxury leather interior perfect for comfort and a most enjoyable touring experience. Mary’s Mercedes Benz which takes small groups from 1-4 passengers is perfect for travelling the off the beaten path areas so much favoured by many.

Skellig Michael

Trips to Skellig Michael have been hugely successful and a once in a lifetime event that will stay in your memory forever. It is a unique excursion including a boat trip into The Atlantic Ocean, sailing around the bird sanctuary An Skellig Beag (Small Skellig) and landing at the World Heritage UNESCO site Skellig Michael. Going up the 611 steps to the summit to view The Monastery is an emotional experience and viewing the structures of the Beehive Huts the Monks lived in with frugal means is truly awesome. Of course Skellig Michael is also the location site for the filming of Star Wars movies and a very popular trip for Star Wars fans. There have even been a few wedding proposals on the steps of Skellig Michael for unsuspecting and pleasantly surprised partners!

Walk With Me offer single day tours, and multiple day tours. The Ring of KerryDingle Peninsula & Slea Head Drive and the Cliffs of Moher & Burren National Park tours being the most popular. The Wild Atlantic Way is a fantastic opportunity to view our west coast with many out of the way places to see including The Beara Peninsula, West CorkConnemara, Lough Inagh Drive and many others. Ray and Mary love to show off our country, history and culture to all who visit and will customise tours to suit everyone’s requirements.
